Terms and Conditions
Take a moment to read through these terms and conditions before you start using Plainvista.
Interpretation and Definitions
Capitalized words throughout this document have specific meanings, which are spelled out below. These apply whether the terms show up singular or plural. Here's what we mean when we use these terms in the Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (also called "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") means Plainvista. • Device is anything that can access the Service—a computer, phone, tablet, that kind of thing. • Service means the Website. • Terms and Conditions (sometimes just called "Terms") refers to this entire agreement between you and the Company about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service describes services or content provided by someone else that might show up or be available through the Service. • Website means Plainvista. • You is the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf they're doing so.
Acknowledgment
This is the agreement that governs how the Service gets used. It's between you and the Company, and it lays out what rights and responsibilities everyone has. Your ability to use the Service depends on you accepting these Terms and Conditions and following them. That goes for everyone who visits, uses, or accesses the Service. When you use the Service, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If any part of this doesn't work for you, you can't use the Service. You're also confirming you're at least 18 years old. The Company doesn't allow anyone under 18 to use the Service.
Links to Other Websites
You might find links in our Service that point to third-party websites or services we don't own or control. We don't have any say over what those sites do, and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You also understand that the Company isn't liable for any harm or loss that comes from using or depending on content, products, or services from those outside websites—whether that damage is direct or indirect.
Termination
We can terminate or suspend your access to the Service right away, without warning or explanation, for any reason—including if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
Limitation of Liability
However much damage you might claim to have suffered, the Company's total liability and your only remedy under any part of these Terms is capped at what you've actually paid us through the Service. If you haven't purchased anything, the cap is $100. To the extent the law allows, the Company and its suppliers won't be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages—this includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or anything else arising from or connected to how you use (or can't use) the Service, third-party software or hardware used with it, or any part of these Terms. This applies even if the Company was warned that such damages could happen, and even if the remedy doesn't work the way it's supposed to.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults and problems, and no warranty of any kind. As far as the law allows, the Company—and its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers—explicitly disclaims every kind of warranty: express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. That covers merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties that might come from how business is normally done or how the product performs in the real world. More specifically, neither the Company nor its providers make any claim or warranty—express or implied—about (i) whether the Service works or is available, or the quality of information, content, materials, or products on it; (ii) that the Service won't have interruptions or errors; (iii) the accuracy, reliability, or freshness of any information or content you get from the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails from the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs, or other harmful stuff.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
These Terms and how you use the Service are governed by the laws of the Country, not including its conflict of law rules. Your use might also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws depending on where you are. If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to try working it out informally with the Company first.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: If you're a consumer in the European Union, you get the benefit of any mandatory protections under the laws of your home country. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that (i) you're not in a country under US government embargo or labeled a terrorist-supporting nation, and (ii) you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable or invalid, we'll modify or interpret that part to achieve its intent as much as the law allows. Everything else stays in effect. If a party doesn't exercise a right or enforce an obligation under these Terms, that doesn't mean they lose the ability to do so later. And waiving one breach doesn't mean they're waiving the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we've made them available in your language on the Service. The original English version takes priority if there's ever a dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want, at our discretion. If it's a significant change, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice before the new terms kick in. By continuing to use the Service after those changes go live, you're agreeing to the updated terms. These terms and conditions went into effect on August 20, 2026.
